Unbelievable!

Hi there,

I'm a long time lurker who has enjoyed reading other's adventures (misadventures?) in pooning. I wanted to give back with a few posts of my own and contribute some new or meaningful info. HOWEVER, my first post will be on a non-pooning item.

I just read that the premier of Newfoundland has ordered all Canadian flags taken down at provincial government buildings! This is in response to some dispute with Ottawa over offashore oil royalties. I would expect this in Quebec. I would expect it on April Fool's Day, but this just leaves me flabbergasted!

All I can say is f^ck the premier of Newfoundland andf5ck his mother with a cod fish, too!

Those ungrateful sob's have taken our welfare cheques for 50+ years, and now this?

Is it just me or is this totally unbelievable? I'm really ticked! Respect the flag you mother^%ckers!

well, we promised them the world, destroyed their fish stocks and gave them welfare ...

there is a lot of hurt feelings and more about the dominion of canada and what it has become (BC got shafted on the railroad deal and now on aboriginal land claims) and it is a harmless protest that doesn't require the billions in 'mad money' that quebec demands ...
