The best place to look in London is any telephone box around central London!! Most of the boxes are full of "business cards" to cater for just about every taste!! and provide both incall and outcall.
Another good place to look is in the local papers for telephone numbers. Most of the girls are not part of agencies and work from apartments or as us English call them, flats.
Avoid the SW scene as the LE do enforce fairly regularly.
