I see your point and I agree that for a client to cancel at the last minute is very rude. In my own case, I have a very long drive into the city and I make it a point to confirm my appointment the evening before. I have never cancelled an appointment with less than 12 hours time between my cancellation and the time agreed upon for our meeting.
As for Tracy Lee, she did finally send me an email (nearly a week later) outlining her reasons why she never answered my calls. I accept her explanation, appreciate her very gracious response and wish her well in the future.
