Tipping

I'm sure this has been covered before... but what should one do about tipping. Many of the indepent service providers want the money up front. Should I include my tip in that amount? If I have seen them before, I tend to include it in that envelope. Any ideas from some of the ladies out there?

What if you haven't seen one before? etiquette?

Any thoughts on when it's at a place like the Fox Den. You pay the front desk. Do you give the girl a tip in the room?

This part of pooning has always been difficult for me. So I thought I would ask for some advice.

good question... I ponder about that for awhile before too, asking question such as if I tip them before hand they might appreciate it and give better services, but that's not the case really. What works best for me nowadays is tipping afterward or separate it from the original donation because most of the GOOD sps dont expect a tip anyways and will give great service and a tip at the end is a bonus for them. In addition, just in case you get a crappy service, you saved yourself a tip and you can treat yourself to a good meal instead.
