I was heading to the bakery next door and saw a sign on Tiger spa saying they were closed indefinitely.

I think they are relocating to somewhere near main and broadway. Current location is done.

EDIT: hmm there seems to be an ad up today. It might be closing down later this week.

The area is a horror show with the skytrain construction. There’s pretty cheap metered parking in the neighbourhood behind - 9th & 8th avenue.
Hopefully they’ve reno’d the place as it’s been a dump with no AC for years.

One slight issue with op-sec is that alot of the metered parking doesn't accept cash anymore. So it's trackable as to where you parked. Obviously you can have a lot of excuses but it's annoying for sure.

In the area currently being reported as the new location. There is nothing there a closed down cleaners and maybe some random food place. However it's a bit of a dead zone as well the parking that you will pay for is on a residential street area. So it could be awkward to try and explain this type of thing. Not everyone has these issues.
