The question is, on what basis did they rate the airports?
I've been through 8 of the top 12 airports in their latest ranking, and I wonder why a few of them are rated as high as they are.
Is it based on diversity of shopping? Not a good measure as most are overpriced.
Admittedly, it has been quite a few years since I was in Beijing Capital, but I wouldn't have included that one from how I remember it.
And I am surprised that San Fran is at 40, when I consider that to be one of the more pleasant US airports to go through.
