The deal with backpage in the okanagan

So I was scanning this board and one of my favorite kelowna sps had said she was having problems with backpage.
She works another job and I don't think she pays for her ad on there but it says she's LE. I know that's not true because I've been by 10 plus times and stayed well past our time. We even talk on her work days and we share personal information. It's been over a year now.
Can any SPs say if they have info on Backpage? I read on here (sorry guys I should post a few reviews just been reluctant). They seem to post how some girls are "safe" and some are not. Or someone does. Is this backpage or who does it because this is the second girl whose number I googled and came up as LE and I never had an answer issue with.
Is this legal ? Are pointers in trouble if this happens ? Just any experience is helpful .

OK. Here's the thing. DON'T GOOGLE ESCORT PHONE NUMBERS. Google her name, and search her phone number here. Her ads may be getting flagged, or maybe the issue is that she isn't paying for her ads; I have certainly never heard of anywhere that backpage is free for escorts to advertise.
