If she had asked for advice from the ladies only I would agree with you, but she didn't and it doesn't seem as though she is bothered by the guys chiming in.
I haven't 'dined ' for some time. I posted in another thread that it makes me feel like crap afterward, so that hour of pleasure isn't worth it. I still come here from time to time because there are interesting topics and I guess it's a way of keeping in touch with something that, at one time, brought me pleasure.
My personal view is that she should be very well informed before she follows through. At least she came here to get info from all parties and some of the ladies are helping her to avoid the pitfalls (was wondering this afternoon if there would be any consequences re: C-36. Counseling or encouraging. Another thread perhaps?). I'm pretty sure there aren't any ladies here who started when they were 18. I just think that its a pretty young age to be making a decision like this.
It might be because of my age. No disrespect, but she seems like a child, hell even someone 25 years old seems too young. I'm not saying she comes across as immature, quite the opposite, but I think most of us in this forum remember how we thought about things when we were 18. We don't think the same way when we are 30 and when we are 40 we don't think the same way as we did when we were 30.
It all changes.

As for this biz yes I enjoy the girl I saw and it was about more then sex..All those things that some ladies tell new girls to avoid..that not possible if you are a sensitive and carrying person , from either a escort or a client It part of being human so it will happen that you get involved with drives, photographers and clients .And if you are not carefully you will get burned every now and then . Hopefully you can keep your humanity and carring and not allow it to be striped away .

Everyone is looking for happiness in there life and purpose to it all .It is not about money or even sex it about finding love , love your self ,love others and love life.

anyways, yes i asked very openly in here for input. i dont mind reading what the clients say as long as there open and not being rude, but obviously i take note of what sp and former sp say most and the ones i pay least attention too are the "white knights" that say dont do it im not a damsel in distress this will be my choice if i do it and im not forced and i do not need to do this its just something that i think i could be really good at

I think that would depend somewhat on what she actually wrote. If she said she tried it, did not like it for the reasons specified and was retiring, I suspect it would be allowed.

It's really rare for someone to be asking advice and not have their minds made up already. It's about looking for validation at that point more than an opinion.

Given the above comment . I guess The two things I can say as a consumer of this type or service Is that I like to see in advertisements
This would pretty much make sense for any business if you decide to advertise. and not work for an agency or whatever . Please post the hours you will be available . As well as the price of your services per hour etc .

I personally like to use the telephone to conduct business and do not like texting or email . that is just a personal thing . Quite often I will see an advertisement of an attractive girl but she has no hours of operation posted . I really hate to be rude and wake her up or call her when she is with another client . Also i prefer to know the cost of services. So that I do not have to waste her time by turning her down if the services are not within my budget.

You find out he wants to pay you with a credit card or a cheque that you have to cash in his bank the next day . do not know if stuff like that actually happens. As I always pay cash and do not use sp services when drunk but it is possible.

As a former occasional driver, yeah it happens all the time. I remember it happening twice in one week, once in Lindenwoods and then Tuxedo.
And guys trying to sneak out after picking up the money they left on the table.
Guys paying with counterfeit Benjamins.
And guys writing cheques that bounce, basically EVERY cheque bounces.

This is good advice.I had a long established,and now dearly departed,local SP tell me that she would only see established clients at night as (in her words) nothing good happens after 9 pm.If you do go indy,sticking to daytime and early evening hours will likely minimize the drunks/druggies/wierdos and other nightcrawlers who are bad news.

It's not so much a 'do' or 'don't'. You need to ask yourself if you're ready to make a career out of it, and if so, how many years, what kind of 'end goal' you want to have. The problem with many younger girls who do this is that they cannot mentally go back to a less lavish lifestyle than the one they were used to from escorting, and in the end they escort on and off well past their 'prime escorting days'. If you're in it to make a quick buck for an early jump at savings, that's fine too. But you need an exit plan, one that you can and will follow. You'll need to hold yourself accountable and preferably have someone you can confide in to hold you accountable for the decisions that you choose to make now.

One SP whom did well and started at 18 was Holly Taylor. I saw her when she started with Madam J, and then she went independent after a couple of months. She was open with family and friends about her profession, and she put herself through university and got one or maybe two masters degree. She would be a fantastic person to talk to, but she seems to have stopped working In the past year or so.
