Got scammed by this girl she goes by different names. Ad is taken down from LL. The account was verified by LL so thought of contacting her and she replied quick saying she is staying at near portage. She asked for an advance booking fees I agreed as she sent me her pic and booked a time. Went there few min before and tried contacting her and she was like send me the full amount and then only she can share the room details, made it seem like its for her safety. It was my first time like this so agreed and as soon as I sent her the amount she never texted back. Stay safe everyone just sharing this to avoid it happening to someone else.

Seems "verified" is a LL scam. I stick with reviewed providers only. The scam swamp is deeeeeep.

100% agree. I will never send an etransfer or any other sort of deposit. There are some legit providers that ask for this, usually for a first time meeting. May be my loss but I just won’t see them then.

E-transfers open you up to so much potential trouble. Getting scammed is one thing. Another is a digital record of you sending a sw money. We have a federal government that in hours froze bank accounts of those that contributed to a gofundme. Scary to think what they are all monitoring. Stick to cash and give yourself an extra level of anominity. Stay safe guys
