Yeah I heard about that earlier today, killed in a car accident in Jamaica.

Heard that there were 5 people squeezed into the taxi cab; not
including the driver. People really need to remember that seat
belts apply to everyone in the car, not just the people sitting in front.
If there isn't enough to go around, grab another cab.
Is it really worth your life going without one?

If thats the case it's sad. But you see it a lot, people who would never dream of being in a car without a seatbelt around here....go to a foreign country and dont use them.
