I ran into my highschool buddy and he always tell me i should own a business and take some risk. I like how my lifestyle is pooning 1-2 times a month,eating decent food, and it's very stress free. lol When i mentioned to him I might open a MP someday he had a look of anger

Good luck opening an MP. The municipalities are tightening their rules for licensing a lot, with huge wait times and increased inspection with LE in the works. You'll be paying 6 months rent on a lease before you find out if they'll give you your license.
