Douglas and Johnson next to the Mint. Somewhat private entrance but they make sure to not leave you waiting outside. Exit can be through front door or private out the back. Rooms are fine (I don't really pay much attention to rooms to be honest). From what I hear this is a very well run place.

One thing to note is that they don’t have a shower which is kind of common for downtown agencies but always annoys me.

I’ve only been to svips once and had a negative experience so haven’t gone back. The girl I saw used extremely inaccurate pics on the website (I’m not going to say fake as the pics were probably her at one point but she doesn’t look anything like that now) and had tons of surprise restrictions and aggressively tried to upsell me throughout the session to the extent that I left unsatisfied after 15 minutes. Anyway YMMV - I notice a few of the BOA girls have landed there and they’re all great with accurate pics (rikki didn’t put up with fake or misleading pics) so there’s definitely some talent there worth seeing.

Svips is good, there is a shower, not sure why you say there isn't one, just that it is down the hall and you kinda have to get shuttled back and forth for privacy reasons so you don't run into people in the hallway.
And ms harvi is cool and will make things right if you have a dissatisfaction

Lots of hot girls here too, and I like the flexibility with PSE sessions
