Neither. Feeling under the weather, and pretty sure I won't feel up to watching the game. Same with going out for a good time.

Watching a bunch of sweaty men in tights throwing balls at each other? Yup, think I'll go poon instead.

Superbowl is not about the game. Its about hanging with your buds enjoying manly conversations, fine food and adult beverages.
Which is what I will be doing in a couple hours and into the evening.
Time for pooning later.

This season was not about the Patriots or the Bills or the Broncos. This season was about the Seahawks, and particularly the re-emergence of the best defence in the league.
Hot QB’s can win you a bunch of games, but defence wins championships.

The Seahawks had the best D by a long shot. They were ready to crush anyone. They pretty much won the superbowl when they beet the Niners and then the Rans. The feeble AFC teams were just a formality. Didn’t matter who they were going to play. Sour grapes excuses really quite irrelevant when the Hawks D were on point.

The game was so boring. It turned into a total defensive slog. It was basically a showcase of turnovers, missed chances, and both offenses looking like they forgot how to move the ball. The Patriots managed one late garbage-time TD, but Seattle's D just smothered them all night. I miss the big parties when living in the US. Vancover needs to get some mojo.

sadly you don’t appreciate neither an incredible D nor a team that overachieved in almost every metric to win a second SBC
You missed the point: The Pats weren't as good as their record suggested, and it took until the game was basically over for them to start making things happen. And that was likely due to the Hawks D starting to back off a bit.

If any team 'overachieved' it was the Pats. Seattle played a great game and achieved what they were capable of doing.

As others have pointed out elsewhere, the Seahawks played two SB calibre games against the 49r's and the Rams. Playing against the Patriots was basically not the same calibre of opponent and yes, somewhat boring in comparison to those two previous games.

Meanwhile the lads and I enjoyed some very fine lime and tequila smoked salmon starters, a wide and maybe unique selection of crackers and dips and during the latino shake your booty half time show, brisket sandwiches and slaw. Of course excellent gentlemanly conversation filled in the the gaps.

As a PS, I am glad some folks enjoyed the bad bunny show - first time I had ever seen this guy or frankly listened to him. Good for him for hitting the big time. And I am glad there was all that wonderful booty in the mix.

No, when one team basically is unable to do anything on offense for 3/4's of the game, it was a shitty game. The defense for Seattle might be good, but NE was inept. How is a front line unable to stop a 4 man rush, over and over? The game was basically decided in the first 10 minutes.
