They have two locations. One is the spa itself and then the girls listed on Leolist are in a condo directly behind the spa. I do not think the ladies are recycled.
May not be the same group. The micro could have just "borrowed" the Suave name because of its proximity to the spa.

Isn't Suave spa closed down now? I went by about two weeks ago and the door was locked and the inside was gutted.
