This was in Arkansas, I guess next best thing to a third world country!

Add another local driver to the thread. 2 pm today a car ran out of gas on Iron Workers Bridge southbound tying up traffic for hours.

Hang em high I say. That is friken ridiculous. Hopefully a big fine is involved with this stupidity.
