Rock Bay, Government St between Gorge and Fisgard are the main strolls. You can find the odd girl on the streets surrounding those areas as well. The SW here are very hit and miss. Some days there are a lot, other days there are none. Most are addicted to one substance or another but if you have the time to spend there is the occasional gem to be found.
