SP's as a reward?

As a weight-loss motivator, I've decided that every time I lose 5 or 10 pounds, I'll stash away a green or two. Once I hit my target weight, I'll treat myself to a session with Very Veronica. I've lost 15 pounds so far this summer, and have about 50 more to go. Hopefully she doesn't relocate or retire within a year or two!

Anybody else tried something like this?

Half the motivation to lose weight was the fact that I can only fit into 2 or 3 of the pairs of pants in my closet, and I'm too cheapass to go out and buy bigger pants :D. I'd rather lose a bunch of weight and then be forced to buy *smaller* pants. (Unless I blow the 'new clothes' budget on SP's :p)

But yeah, emotionally it feels pretty good to see the pounds dropping off.

Excellent!!

Yayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy lars!!! Pat yourself on the back! I totally understand your feelings. I lost over 100 lbs a few yrs back, and it was the best feeling in the world, but I still see that 'big' person in the mirror when shopping, so be careful. It can affect how much u lose.
T-Factor was the book I followed after checking it out with a Dr.
Weight Watchers changed thier menu to it also.

Every one size you drop, treat yourself to something you like.. new clothes.. or whatever.

way to go!!
I am on your support team for sure :D
