I am coming to Vancouver and looking for a young SP with 9 or above on LAS and doesn't cost $400. any info?

I only know of a couple of young SPs with 9 or above on LAS that cost $400, but there are dozens and dozens that are not $400.
Lots and lots are under $400, and a few are over $400.
As BadgerJohn suggests, just go to Erslist. Just click on any one of those hundreds of ads, and I bet you won't hit a $400 one.
