Or you could only do outcalls to hotels which is probably safer all around.

Thank you for pointing this out and letting us know you are hygiene conscience than other bachelors.

I am surprised more people do not shower before bed . I prefer to be all clean before hunkering down for the night.

I'd like to point out that this data comes from Britain. I don't know about other's experiences but I would not point to Brits as an example of good hygiene! Actually, a lot of Europeans would point to us and say we're up tight about this area but that's just fine with me....

Yes, big difference! Brits don't have the same attitude with laundry that we do.
A lot of households in the UK don't have a dryer, so you have to hang-dry everything (or if they do have a dryer, it's one of those stupid front-loading ones that takes 3 hours to dry a single sheet). It's also WAY more expensive over there to use heat and hot water.
