Sole Spa (Cambie & 15th) is good. It is busy and popular. Nicole (the Mamasan) has done a really good job of building up her business on the basis of taking real pics, in the service rooms, and then putting the pics of the girls that are working that day up on Leolist in the morning. It doesn't guarantee you anything, but it at least tells you who is supposed to be on shift that day. The pics are manipulated quite a bit, but give a good idea of what the ladies actually look like.
Sole Spa tends to be Chinese girls (maybe some real Korean, Japanese, Thai, etc. at times) mid-to-late 20's to mid-30's. Not much English going on there. Nicole is also a flirty tease with the customers, which is fun. The shop is a bit small and cramped (and hot at times), but they make it work.
Mansion One (Cambie & 7th),
Rainbow Spa (Kingsway & Duchess) and
CoCo Spa (White Rock, they are a group) are starting to get their business model together now, and are coming on strong. They are rolling out more and more good quality picture sets on leolist, higher quality, taken in the spa from different angles. Most of the popular girls are Chinese (Mainland, Hong Kong, Singapore) but they also have at least one Vietnamese girl right now, some Indian girls, Latina and others. I know the managers, and they are working on up'ing their game. Expect to hear more about them. Mansion One is small and compact in a super high-rent area. Rainbow is really new and modern looking, nice facilities. CoCo is like the upper floor of a big house, with huge rooms.
Swan Lake (Garden City, Richmond), to me is a more traditional business, and Tina is a more traditional Mamasan. They have a few real photos they use, but they run them for like a year plus and never change! And the photos don't even have names attached to them! I think that is old school. They work off of their reputation, which is a good one. Basically mature (mostly 35-45, a few younger) Asian ladies that are not shy about serving customers. There are also a few non-Asians at times. It is also huge. 9 rooms, sometimes 10+ ladies on shift. That is double to triple the size of many other shops. Inside looks like a big insurance agency office in a stripmall, but they work on men instead of insurance contracts.
New Star (Hastings near Boundary) is a really traditional shop in my view. Old school Hong Kong. Their rotation is something like 28 girls, with about 5-8 on at a time. I see the construction workers in their work clothes walking in there all the time

They don't advertise at all, but people definitely go there. The ladies are all over the place ethnically: White, Chinese, Vietnamese, Latina. The facilities are kind of "dank" with exposed pipes and water smell, but the rooms are nice. The one room (with the cube shower) is huge, and even has a bathroom with a door and a toilet. The other rooms are more like normal massage parlor rooms.
Other people will know more about the other popular places:
Tiger Spa (Main Street),
Lilly's (North Vancouver), etc.
GFE is not really about the spa, it is about the connection with the lady. For me, major GFE standouts have been
"Sweet" (see my review in the "Massage" section) from the Mansion/Rainbow/CoCo group;
"Eva" at Sole Spa; and
"Teresa" at Swan Lake.
GFE highlights will be different for different guys. Hope that helps.
