I dont know if this comment is allowed or welcomed, sorry if not. But after my last encounter, i still had time on the meter, and the girl was insistant that i lay with her and coo for the rest of the time, but im not into that. Its just like a ONS, after ive made wine with the grapes, im long gone for the Yukon. The girl pleaded then said OK, but can you please please tell them you enjoyed yourself? Of course i did, and of course i did (i really did!). This led me to wonder what was she up against?
Then i thought oh my god, are these girls here against their will??. I dont want any part of that, and i wont go more than once a month now. Can anyone share what they know?

Basically, if someone doesn't perform well or if she can't bring in the clients and retain them, the shop won't give her the space/ opportunity to stick around and she'll have to look elsewhere. Rent is expensive and this is a profit-making business. Plus, if a girl gets good references then there is a good likelihood that clients would be directed to her (up to a certain point; if she is TOO popular then clients will be directed to a roommate).

Honestly I've gotten the same feeling from many "recently arrived" asian providers. Makes me feel a bit icky so I tend to stick to CBC or other ethnicities.

Are they from a well reviewed/trusted agency? Do they have good reviews? If a girl is touring/indie, its hard to get a short term rental. I agree with carpetmunch, if a girl isnt getting clients, she will be replaced. Maybe thats why some girls change agency and names.

i've seen hundreds of girls and i do the same. i've only ever been asked to stay or give a good review by Lulu from Tokyo. was it her by any chance? yes she is just worried mamasan will get mad at her for disappointing the client or kicking them out early

People who teach courses as a sessional at universities can live or die (get hired to teach again) based on the reviews provided by students. I have seen what amounts to begging for these reviews. The same goes for many service industries that have employees evaluated by customers. This idea of losing your job because of customer/client reviews is commonplace. Not saying it's good or bad, it's reality.

Its in many industries, customer service is what their job performance and evaluation is based upon.
When I dated a waitress, it was basically the same thing.
Want the good shifts, and more shifts, you best be getting good customer reviews.
