Regular hand soap would work well in washing off bodily fluids involved in sex.

I would just follow the same guidelines they use for hand washing.

1. Wet hands or area to be washed
2. Use soap
3. Lather, rub and count to 20
4. Rinse
5. Dry area with something clean

If needed alcohol based hand sanitizers would be a good alternative to hand washing if soap and water are not available. I don’t think I would want to try hand sanitizer on the genitals or other sensitive parts of the body.
