I haven't been on the boards in a while...
I was recently trying to contact an SP at Fantasy. Since I'm ourside Edmonton, repeated calling equals long distance charges so I'm slightly fustrated when I have to call back repeatedly.
Why is this is problem? Well, the voice mail box for Fantasy is completely full! I can't leave a message to ask for a return call or let someone know I'm running late. And it's not like I have the freedom to call at any time (especially from work).
A more descreet option would be to use e-mail. However, in the few times I've tried it, the SP always says she never got it. So I don't know who's reading the e-mails or what's happening to them after they are sent.
And, this isn't just the situation at Fantasy. None of the e-mails I've ever sent to the posted e-mail address for any MP has been retuned or acknowledged.
I would appreciate it if they would let a person know if there is any point in having an e-mail address for an MP.
Contacting an MP or an SP through different means shouldn't be this difficult. Perhaps it's just my bad luck...
