signatue question

I am attempting to figure this out on my own but i am having little success. How do I add a picture along with a signature. I am assuming the sig appears whenever one posts or pms which is what I am trying to do.

signatures and avatars are added in your "User CP" see menu bar on top.

Only paid members can have avatars, as they do increase bandwith needed to run this board.
