well fokes due the fairly large amount lately of posts and reviews banning certain races, it led me to make this poll. what does everyone think?
should reviews that exclude any race be banned?

I'm not comfortable with racist anything. I also don't crusade for equal rights. Although I suppose anybody else that wants to is more than free to do so. I normally see shit like this and move on. You're right about ranting in a public forum Fuzzy but I think ranting to people who CAN make changes is important. I hear on radio talk shows all the time, people complaining about the government for example but yet they won't take five minutes to sit and write to their MP, MLA etc. Their excuse is always the same too, "they won't listen". Well ya know what, they don't gather 'round the radio and listen to talk shows either. All they do is consider that as smart asses trying to show off how much they think they know and the fact they won't take a few minutes to sit and write means they really don't care THAT much. Racist comments are something that the Mods have addressed in the past. But racist comments on the board are something that the Mods have some power over. Racist practices out in the world is something this board isn't ever really going to have any power to combat. We have to remember that this is just a hooker review board. Nothing more. And for the Asian guys that use these places - I think they should have the ability to review the services... if only for each other (maybe a seperate section of the board would work?).
I agree with you, Smackyo, that this practice is racist - but I know why they do it: Micros are totally illegal and AMPs are illegal if they habitually provide sexual services for money - and the operators of these places see white men as potential cops and think if they don't allow white men in (or really... don't offer them sexual services), they will be harder to bust. This isn't a very sophisticated view though, as every police agency and RCMP detachment in the Lower Mainland has Asian members... but this is what the operators of these places think. They think it is still Chinatown circa 1920 and if you don't offer your services to Scottish guys with short hair and moustaches you're actually protecting yourself.
Still, banning mention of these places on perb won't help anything.

if that rule applied to SP's, MP's, etc., would it also apply to the reviewers' specifications and requests for Asian-only spinners, Black SP's, blondes, etc.? Just wondering if you see that as different or would the rule apply across the board? And what about SP's advertising male clients only? Is that gender discrimination.

Are you suggesting that the moderators of PERB are removing or banning reviews about Asians SPs in general or just positive reviews of Asian SPs? Does that mean you think the moderators of PERB are demonstrating some kind of racism, whether consciously or unconsciously?
