Hunka ... I would have thought you would have posted about this !!! I just saw it on an MMA show. How awful for our young Canadian fighters.

An ultra healthy and fit guy dying at 37...hhhhhhhmmmmmmmmmmm....seems weird...maybe drugs were involved...

I really didn't think most people would know who he was so I didn't. This happened a little while back. He seemed like a pretty nice dude and yes way too young to die. His brother in law Sam Stout just pulled out of his fight which is totally understandable.

Jake Shields father just passed away today too....I wonder if he will pull out of his fight also. He fights Jake Ellenburger on September 17th. I have a funny feeling he will still fight. His dad was his wrestling coach as a kid and his manager as a MMA fighter. We shall see.

I loved the way he coached. He offered a play by play scenario for his fighters. You could always hear him in the background. Death sucks ... I've never handled it well.
