I would vote for Ms. Mirren myself. I was slightly disturbed watching "The Queen", because I could still sense that she was hot under the makeup. She is beautiful at her age -- without botox, without plastic surgery. Whatever you think of her appearance, she has always exuded sexiness in her roles.
For old farts like me, she has been the standard for hotness on film throughout my life. That web site for nudity on film (mrskin) has a special category for her as the only actress to go nude in five different decades. Highlights for me have included:
- Age of Consent when I was a teenager (photo above)
- Jane Tennison in Prime Suspect series
- tough mob doll in A Long Good Friday
- Morgana in Excalibur

Helen looks better now than she did then if you ask me.....LOL...but hotter than Megan Fox? Or any number of the countless Hollywood hotties......I don't think so......
"Hot" is a term that seems to rely on suitability for Maxim covers. As pointed out by CT two posts above, "sexiness" is a much more subtle term, and takes into account many more factors. Using the terms of this board for comparison, an ordinary-looking SP may well have qualities that make her far more appealing to spend money on than a hot-looking youngster that "allows" you to use her body.
Helen Mirren has embodied sexiness for decades. Megan Fox may be "hotter", but she doesn't embody sexiness at all, in my opinion.
Mind you, I would put Penelope Cruz at the top of my personal fantasy list....

LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- Tina Fey isn't buying the idea of being labeled a "thinking man's" sex symbol - the "30 Rock" star says every guy - regardless of his intellect - would prefer to be in bed with Megan Fox.
"What I've come to realize is that when people say, 'The thinking man's whatever' -- there's no such thing," Tina said in Esquire's April issue, where she appears in a sexy dress with a plunging neckline on the cover. "The thinking man also wants to f*** Megan Fox."
Tina revealed that she had a few stipulations about appearing on the cover of the men's magazine.
"I got an e-mail [from Esquire] with a list of the potential setups, and my e-mail back was like, Well, I need to decline being handcuffed to a bed. I won't straddle anyone. I won't make out with a cop," she explained. "There are certain things, I totally get them as a premise. And they're all good fun, and if I were a young single model, they would be appropriate, but, you know, I'm a mom. And my kid's going to find this someday. I don't want to be handcuffed to a bed in Esquire."
The actress also said she has reservations about doing one of her most famous impressions again.
"I feel that if I do [Sarah Palin] again, people will be like, 'Oh, wait a minute. That's terrible! You never really could do it, could you?'" she told the mag.
As for how Tina crafted her take on the former Alaska Governor - she said it required a lot of tricky vocal work.
"For me, it was a wig. And gluing down my ears. When I wear that half-up hairdo, my ears stick out. Also overdrawing my lips to make it look like I have bigger lips. Then there's the Minnesooota Fargo kind of accent. Ya know? And the o's, and the that, and all that," Tina said. "And smiling when you talk."
And when it comes to her hit NBC comedy, "30 Rock," Tina said there are some plotlines that fans will never see happen - mainly her character, Liz Lemon, and Jack Donaghy (Alec Baldwin) hooking up.
"Liz and Jack will never be together. Not even if we go fifteen seasons," Tina said. "Okay, if we get to season fifteen, they'll do it."
Well IMO the hottest woman ever.....when she was in her prime IS Pia Zadorra....hot/sexy/slutty....yet also classy......and I am a man who is obsessed with asian gals.....damn...... give me a time machine and she would be on my radar

Agree there... But Monica Bellucci is at the top of my list for women of any age (46), she just gets better every year.
