If I can offer some feedback here, I've flown dozens of times with a suitcase filled with condoms, toys, and sexy outfits, and I've never heard a word about it. If I'm confronted, I'll just tell them I'm making a series of home movies with a few of my friends, not for the purposes of distribution - which is totally legal. Of course, most of my experiences involve domestic flights - apart from a handful of visits to the Caribbean, I've mostly stayed inside Canada for the last few years. Depending on where you're planning to go, you might need to worry more about your return, rather than your departure... :ballchain:
So, if you're just taking a fleshlight, you'll probably be fine. However, if you're planning to bring a blow-up doll, you should definitely buy her the seat next to you. In fact, make sure you get yourself in the emergency exit row, and seat her right against the window - according to federal regulations, the flight attendants are required (by law) to provide emergency exit instructions to the person in that seat. I'd love to see the look on their faces when they see your travel companion, and realize they have to give her the instructions!
