Seoul reopening?

Does anyone know when Seoul will be reopening?

I spoke to Pinky last weekend and she informed me that Seoul would be reopening for business on Oct 18. That's tommorrow! I asked her where but she declined to elaborate and said that I should call her back when they are open........ I guess she can't help but be a little defensive>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
