Her list should be 11 items long.

11) Having the right body type. Her body is freaking incredible partially because she has fantastic genes and a smaller body type. There are women (or men) who are naturally curvy and with a bigger build who would never get that look (Kate Upton will never get a stomach of say, Adrianna Lima, which is totally cool because she's gorgeous in her own way). Which leads to knowing your type of body and eat food/find a system that works for you. What might work for her may no work for you and vice versa.

Her diet makes sense, but kind of dangerous. Eating so much fruit, which converts to sugar, could lead to really bad sugar level blood, which can lead to heart disease, diabetes, hypoglycemia, etc. Plus, who the hell wants to eat 6 mangos or 30 dates?I almost want to try this just to see how if I could do that just once, let alone for a long period of time.

But yeah, I want to eat an omlette off that woman's stomach.

On an unrelated note: Why does she have to call herself such a negative pejorative?
Everyone would benefit from eating mostly fruits and vegetables and cutting back on meats and dairy, it doesn't matter your body type. Your body may not get the extreme results she gets because of her genes, but that's not the point - the point is to get a flat stomach and no matter what your body type - eating fruits and vegetables and cutting out meat and dairy will work.

I think you took an excerpt on her presentation - 6 mangos and 30 dates as representative of her diet, which if you listen carefully, is not. She eats a lot of fruit yes, but she also eats a lot of vegetables and other things (such as nuts) because she only specifically excludes meat and dairy and specifically includes high carb short term colonic foods. If she actually claimed that you had to be eating exclusively fruits, then yes with today's fruit you could imbalance on insulin.

You seem to be largely missing the point by simply pointing perceived holes in her theory... taken as a whole is what is meant to be understood.

I'm not convinced by the sit-up thing. I did 50 every morning for 3 months in the hope of converting beer belly back to 6 pack. It did nothing. Now I have a much more effective method...............I just hold my stomach in. Haha

I couldn't bare to watch the whole video but I do not agree with a lot she says so I had to stop.

"#1 Eat fast digesting carbohydrates" Fast digesting carbohydrates are typically sugar... When you intake simple carbohydrates your blood glucose spikes and then insulin is released. Can anyone guess where your body puts all the excess glucose in your blood? If you guessed in your addipose tissue then you are correct!!! What this means is eating a lot of fast digesting carbohydrates will make you FAT!

"JOG" Jogging is the most inefficient way to burn fat and is almost always a recipe for injury. Long slow boring cardio has been proven to be not nearly as effective in reducing bodyfat as HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training). What this means is you should ditch jogging and pick up sprinting. Try 100 YARD repeats x 10 !!! Also the higher your heart rate is your max the more stimulation you will get of your metabolism and the more health benefits you will receive from exercise. Jogging puts a lot of stress on your knees/ankles and most individuals lack the mobility/endurance to take all the stress jogging dishes out. As a result you will get injured and never reach your fitness goals.

If you want to get lean and mean; eat whole natural food, if its processed or has high sugar content don't eat it, get a 40/40/20 macro split for your protein, carbohydrates and fats. In addition do HIIT and resistance training!

My 2 cents

75% diet
20% cardio
5% ab specific exercise

You can do situps 2 hours each day. If you are even 20 pounds overweight you wont even be able to notice.

Judging by your post I can't tell if you are being sarcastic because 50 sit ups once a day is a fucken joke or just downright pathetic.

What's in those smoothies? Must be protein of some sort (guessing milk, whey, or yogurt), or without Lysine (the animal connection), a type of amino acid usually only found in animals, and VERY few plants (Quinoa has it!), hair loss and other small issues start to crop up. Her diet is crap.

BTW Beaverbuzz, it's not excess glucose that is the issue. Glucose the body doesn't use, just leaves as glucose. It's not stored whatsoever. Fructose, and other more complex sugars create byproducts in their processing that cause the liver to store them as fat. Glucose itself doesn't cause that reaction in the liver during the conversion to glycogen. At any rate, excessive eating of any one thing is never a good thing. This "diet" she has is terrible.

Actually, I decided to watch a few more videos of hers to get more of a fair assessment of who she is as an expert. She advocates a fruit only diet. She's not a vegan, she's a sugar junky.

She advocates eating only bannanas, mangos and dates. In fact, she's famous for her diet of eating 30 bananas a day. She lives predominately off of smothies (long live dateorade!) and the 3 fruits I mentioned. But, if you're looking to spoil yourself, there was a video she posted where she talks about her 4kg oranges meal! MMMM! My stomach lining is melting just thinking about eating 8 pounds of oranges and their acidic goodness.

I will concede that she has started to intoduce new vegan options on her channel, but, those recipes still include only dates, bananas and mangos (though one recipe had an avacodo in it, which she said you shold eat once in a while on a special occasion!). She also said that alcoholics are alcoholics because they need more carbs in their diet. . .

Her diet is not healthy and has to be insanely expensive. She did have some valid points, but, I cannot fathom her raw diet being safe.

I also suspect that she binges on fruit all the time because she has issues that she has yet to face, and therefore will have to live her lifestyle to keep her weight. Otherwise, she'll revert back to her old ways.
If what you say is true based on your research, then I concur with you. Fruitarians have screwed up ideas and are screwing up their health.
