San Jose Sharks Sign 18 Year Old, Life-Long Fan To A One-Day Contract

The San Jose Sharks and Make-A-Wish provided a young fan with his dream.

The San Jose Sharks made a dream come true for 18-year-old Sam Tageson by signing him to a one day contract and allowing him to skate on the ice with his favorite team.

Tageson has been dealing with a congenital heart condition since birth and the Make-A-Wish foundation teamed up with the Sharks to give him a once-in-a-lifetime moment. The video speaks for itself, but we lose it at 30 seconds in when he's introduced by the team. It's suddenly gotten very dusty here, be back later.

The Canucks did many such things for dear Lindsay Laurenco, a former Children's Miracle Network Child who lost her battle with leukemia in 2013, just after her high school graduation.
