Please Sandy don't take this personal, but it has to be said....

Nothing kills a mood more than Michael Bolton on K-ROCK. If your in the middle of something good your not about to get up to change the Dial either.

Although its not vital, the Sp is the reason I am there, it does take away from the atmosphere a bit. Unlike TV, and just like Sports, I like my sex to be commercial free.

When your in a session and a Radio AD for the AIDS foundation that goes on about depressing topics and and an add for sexually transmitted diseases is in the background it does dampen the spirits a bit. Its All good information but its not exactly a mood enhancer.

I turn the radio off when I am in there since the silence is better.

I can get the SP screaming out a tune with a lot of O yes' that I don't mind hearing if I need some sound that is pleasant to hear.

I love Supreme and I would never want put Sandy or the girls out for any massive upgrades that cost too much. Heck, even a 99 dollar MP3 CD ghetto blaster and a few disc would be a much welcome upgrade to the radios in the room.

I am just thankful that the girls their are so hot, that I don't pay attention to the radio that much unless Mr. Bolton comes on. Don't get me wrong, I do like pleasure and pain. That is just a very bad mix of the two.

we do have cd players

Every room at Supreme has Cd Players, I bring my own type of music and play them all the time.... just request to the girl that you would prefer a cd playing if she has one, rather than that radio :) easy as that :)

Have fun boy

the problem

the stinking problem is when girls change the cd's, the residual oil on hands eventually acts like scratches on the discs, and i'm sure it damages the laser lenses as well. you guys have no idea how many cd players and cd's we actually go through, or how often we clean the cd's.
just ask the girl in the beginning of the session (or during the massage) to switch the radio off, put on a cd, etc. :D

No Music is good

Been to a place and they were blasting that FM 91 (The Bounce) station. I hated every song during my session. The noise of grinding and slapping is better than that crap. No music is OK with me. I'm not there to dance.

A Calgary did something easy for music

I don't know if this is right for Supreme or not, but a Calgary MP uses an iPod in a central location with a bunch of long mini cables hooked into a Altec multimedia switch box and a pair of 50 dollar Logitech speakers in every room.

This set up from Best Buy cost just a little over a grand. the only issue would be how difficult it would be to run wires in Supreme.

Another solution would be a mac mini, and some airport express music wi-fi base stations and some multimedia speakers for a wireless solution.

It is hard to say whether these would be practical or not.

For me the cheapest thing is just no music at all.

Individual music in the rooms is the way to go. Some guys may actually want to listen to the Bounce, while others may prefer to listen to "Stairway to Heaven". If you don't want music in your room, shut it off.

CD Music

Gabrielle certainly has a point with the oil on the CDs - I always was annoyed at myself if the CD started skipping. I even had to re-burn a lot of my CDs because some of them just stopped working. Actually I eventually brought my own CD player into the room with a CD in it already so I didn't have to worry about getting oil over everything.

As far as a sound system, I don't think I'd like that. I'm a musical person and am very particular about the sort of music I play, and I tried to customize the music to the mood or to the client's preference. I'm sure other SPs have their individual and client preferences as well.

Well, just my two cents' worth . . . :)

Bolton's Better!

Someone has a really twisted sense of humor... twice now I've been put into a room where the radio is playing gospel tunes... WTF??

I am not sure why this is even getting this degree of attention. Supreme is only 9 months in it’s current location and while it may not be perfect I do not think any others are perfect either. I do think wider tables would be better though, especially in Sandy’s room.

The sound system is unique to each room (via a CD player) but to provide a separate feed to each room would be expensive. GiGi’s (“two cent’s worth”) solution is practical. She loaded up the CD player at the start of the shift with the CDs she wanted for the day. She did not handle them during the day and they lasted longer and she had control over the music she wanted. I only saw her change her routine once, and that was when I gave her a copy of a CD she wanted that she did not previously have. (5 month’s and “I’ve got to see you again”! – are you practicing?) In today’s environment I would think the IPOD would be a better solution since many CDs are recorded into playlists and there is no contact with the Cd’s. But that does require an investment that most are not willing to provide. The GiGi’s are rare in investing in their business just like many of us are required to do in ours.
