Removing IE History?

My Internet Explorer Clear History button has stopped working. I can remove cookies and files but the Clear History button no longer works.
Any tips would be appreciated.

Thanks Ropey, I downloaded this file also and it's really good.

Redrider2, I use Mozilla and wanted to get rid of IE, you know, security leaks, etc. Do not try to uninstall IE. You can't. It's locked into Windows. I tried and created a whole mess of problems for myself.
