I have had a string of bad luck and wanted to relay it so it will not happen to someone else beacuae I have had a bad feeling from it:

1.) I booked an appointment with Elite Canadian with Christine 2 weeks in advance while she was visiting Edmonton. I tried going on there website but there was no record of it. So I emailed to verify it and received an email back saying everything was okay and I was on the schedule....Fast forward to the time of her visit to Edmonton and I emailed again to check 2 times and I got no reply back. Nothing at all. She has left already and I am still go nothing of a response back to apologize for the missed appointment and the inconvience they put me through. Is there something we can do to avoid this problem in the future for myself or anyone else. This is really bad to deal with people in this manner. I left them a message on here also and have gotten no reply back either. I don't think this is how they should be dealing with people.

2.) I have had another situation happen which I am trying to straighten out with the SP and hope to remedy it. If it is not remedied properly I will state the problem here.

All being said I think it is hard on someone if they have to deal with situations like this and to let it continue and make it hard to book appointments.

Dear customers,

We have been experiencing problems with our emails server, it has been working on and off all week. We are currently changing server and will soon be having a new contact email.

Now, if you are on the schedule and you left an accurate phone number to reach you, we call all of our clients to let them know of the situation and confirm with them the time of their appointment and location of the model. If the phone number you give us is not good, or if you are not picking up, what else can we do. ( i am not accusing anybody here )

Our system works very well, if you are on schedule, you need to activate the link we automatically send you to confirm and receive all the proper infos. It's really easy and simple, and we've been using it for almost 10 years now!

Now if you don't understand those links we are sending you (although very clear), then you can contact us by email, and unfortunatly it wasnt working this week. Computers are not perfect, and i know for a fact that our secretaries work very hard so there is no confusion.

If you are NOT on schedule, you won't be receiving nothing. ;) Then i suggest you re-book on the website to make sure your appointment is scheduled.

I am very sorry if there was any confusion this week, but i know that Christine had many happy customers this week and everything went well. I will be happy to give you the new email adress for any informations soon.

Please note that this message is intended for everybody to read, not just the above. We will be more than happy to make it up to you next time we have a model in Edmonton.

Or better yet, No "government records" to find people who leave fake numbers ?? :eek:
What kind of place do you run there lol ???

All kidding aside, nice of you to explain. I am sure the understanding folks here (most of them I'd guess) do understand things happen sometimes.

I've used E-C a couple of times and I've had to send a couple of emails to get some info and met with ok results. You do have to confirm your booking to make sure it registers which is fairly simple if the computer system is working properly. I know it is easier after they make you a member and give you access to their website.

Honestly, the way that EC does business is just not acceptable. They have no problems spamming your account when a girl is scheduled to come into town, however after you book they don't let you know if she cancels.

I have removed them from any emailers and REFUSE to do business with them.

As above, I am sure most understand the odd problem but it should not be happening on a regular basis. As you said, it is not how a business should be run.
