Question to the SP's re: private numbers

I often see postings that say "Calls not accepted from private, blocked or restricted numbers.

Is this referring only to the number blocked, or also the name blocked?

When I call someone, my number is displayed, but the name comes up as "private"

Is this an issue? Thanks in advance for the reply.

I'm pretty sure the number alone is okay. A lot of times this is so she can avoid the nuisance callers: calls often and never books, no shows, rude or offensive, or worse case, is someone who does show up but they don't want to see again. If the # displays, she can avoid answering these altogether. No name would be necessary to accomplish this.

I see the micros all put this in there ads, with various degrees of insistence, leading me to think that they get a lot of problem callers, blocked and unblocked.
