Talked to so many sp and they dont seem to handle working/living out of the same apartment. Was told by one they cant emotionally handle living out of the same work place. This lady was paying for a 2 room apartment downtown 1255 seymour. My guess would be this place would be 1300-1500 a month in rent? This lady is a independent and charges 200 a hour. Just wondering why it's so difficult to work/live out of the same place for sp? Maybe they make so much money where 1500 or so doesnt mean very much. Of course this lady doesnt share the apartment with another sp...that's what she told me.

You posted some very good reasons. I have none of that since i have no pets,no pics(my pics are on my laptop & online) and not really worried about stalkers. For me if im a sp and have to see another 5 clients or more a month to pay for another location. I rather just work out of this place and not see the 5 extra client.

I have more than a few reasons. I like to separate my personal and business lives. I have neighbours that I'm friends with. I have nosy neighbours. I have pets that will whine and scratch at my bedroom door and or will attempt to play when there's some action going on in my room or get upset and think I am being hurt when I moan and get protective. I have personal photos and mail with my full legal name lying around. To me my bedroom is my sanctuary. Stalkers. Descretion. The list goes on...

This type of thread thread would have been a "feast" for subject material for authors such as John Updike and more lately John Irving.

But your way of thinking (LAG that is) has never overly impressed me over the years I've read your comments/contributions. In your immediately preceding post, you clearly confirm you would not enjoy being a PROVIDER. Thank God for that. I could just imagine the reviews.

It would be even harder to work and live out of the same apartment when someone posts your building's address on an escort review board.
I thought the same thing. Talk about an invasion of privacy.

FWIW the SP I see regularly has tastefully used curtains to segregate her home from her office. It has a nice feng shui about it and she is comfortable in her surroundings.
