Private Paradise?

So I'm fairly new to this and so far I've come across many agencies' websites that tend not to overlap.
I do notice some duplication so far when browsing Cosplay69 (Isla = Yina @ XDS / Olivia & Soda = Ayumi & Lisa @ DayNight) and people have called it out on reviews.

But seems like there's very little reviews on PrivateParadise, and even when people do review, they only refer to the # and no reference of duplication at another agency.
Is PrivateParadise legit? They seem to have the largest roster in any city.
Right now I'm seeing Chinese029 & Chinese037 = Heidy & Sofie on LL @ 2628/9090 (who btw... are these even legit?)

Would love to expand my choices since places like K604, KVIP, F604 seem to only have 4-5 in Richmond at all times
I know F604 has like 10 on their site, but I haven't seen like 6 of them reviewed and they've been on the site for months

Like I've come to understand anything less than 280/45m seems to be a standard across most of the main SPs, but PP has a massive range of 200-280.
583, 769, 858, 861, 979, 992 and that's just Richmond.

I used their service twice... both times got baited and switched... and also upsells too.

Your intuition is correct. While the org is not a complete fraud, bait-and-switch seems likely to me. Been there once and burned once.
