Girls tend to low-ball their ages because we're supposedly interested in the young nubile ones... but, IMHO, with rare exception, there's not much quality in the service department from the 18-20 year-olds. I look for providers around my own age -- early 30s. That seems to be the age when women (and probably men, too) figure out how to do it right.

I would tend to agree with you, experience is an asset. But gems can be found in all age ranges. You can't beat genuine enthusiasm. I voted for 24-26, no particular reason. I just think they tend to still have a very youthful outlook yet enough life experience to project a mature attitude, not the rule, just my opinion. 
I said it just doesn't matter
It is all about the attitude. And when I finally meet my Attitude Angel, I'll do her until I can't do it anymore.
Right now I feel like I am twenty something, so hopefully when I am 80, I'll feel like I am 50 something and still be giving 'er!
