Flooding Forums I'm an old bitch with ADD & don't bother with the 2nd page so don't flood the 1st page to the exclusion of others. It's lame. It can also get you banned. RIP, vancouverman.

Spelling/Grammar Allow me to introduce you to the d i c t i o n a r y.

Post in the Right Forum Escort reviews is for reviews, 411 is for questions, Lounge for drivel (like this)...pretty simple really.

Quality not Quantity If it ain't funny &/or informative & concise, save it for your therapist and if you're posting more than a few times in a thread, you need a new therapist.

Don't Revive Year Old Posts This industry is flakier than my homemade pie crust (yes i cook) so reviving something from even a week ago can be a WOT.

There...i feel better. :) Anyone else?

Do you have a recipe for fried chicken?

woops.....may have broken one of your rules by posting that question in the wrong forum

As a matter of fact, yes!

The inappropriate use of emoticons namely the " ;) "

Seriously folks, its a wink and I always thought that a wink was used to signal a message that was somehow contrary to what was actually said (the Seinfeld episode "The Wink" is a perfect example). On PERB there seem to be a lot of people, mostly SP's, who seem to insert a wink in the oddest of places, i.e. .....the hooker said "I give a great blowjob ;) " .....Well what the fuck is up with that happy horse shit? Does she or doesn't she give a great blowjob? Does she have some spunk in her eye from the last hummer she gave? Is she signalling that in order to get said great blowjob you have to wink as a secret signal?

Personally, I hate overly loooong reviews. 4 paragraphs and he is just getting to her front door. If I wanted to read that much, I would be at the library.

Back and forth bickering between two posters. (If you want to fight, take it outside.)

First and foremost, posters who bitch about SP's price being too expensive. Shit ya, we know it's expensive, we can read !!
We don't need you telling us that you think she is too expensive.

Second, confusion seems to have reigned of late about how much said pooner payed for an AMP session. State how much for room and time, and then donation, it saves half of the thread being deluged with questions and opinions of how much the cost was.

Also, to the mod's is this section going to be allowed to blow up into a rant section as well..........just curious.

my pet peeves here on perb
-are people who attack others with no regard for civility because they feel empowered by the fact there is a computer screen in front of them instead of a human.
- perberts who call shill at the drop of hat and people that do shill
- perberts who reviews consists "of went and saw sp X or Y and had a good time." personally i like to give more info to help out my fellow perberts to see or not to see a particular sp. never really bought into the notion that sex was sacred because you had to pay for it to see the sp.

I would agree. I may be out of line but I get annoyed by reviewers who will gush and prattle about how great an SP is then follow that up with:

Shut the fuck up. You're not a gentleman; you're a degenerate like the rest of us losers that have to pay for sex. You don't need to go all Penthouse Forum on us; but just listing what's on the menu isn't an unreasonable expectation for review content and isn't doesn't give out too much detail. It smacks so much like a kid that goes

What's really needed is a return of the Newbie Posting Guide because we still get topics that consist of silly questions that could be answered by using the Search feature.

Anyways....

Spelling, depends on the seriousness of my response whether I could give two shits about my spelling.

Replying with one lines or just a couple words as in "me too" or "fukk you" Well if it's just some bull shit post about nothing to begin with, then I aint gonna waste much effort to respond with anything but 2 words anyways.

At waht point does quality give way to quantity when the forum goes dry and all the regulars have responded to the threads and there is nothing new to0 read.

Not reading past the 1st page....well I guess if your a stingey fukk and worried you may wear out the batteries in your cordless mouse to fast, then I guess it's good rewason not to read past the 1st page. I don't because I'm lazy.

The winky smiley. ;) I thought it meant you were gay and winking at me.

My biggest pet peeve is people who constantly seeks information regarding SP's or establishments without every contributing to the review section. Now that's a waste of time on those who responded to their questions.

Secondly, I hate seeing response to review that says something like this: "I could have see a bunch of SP's for a lower price and get BBBJ." I don't understand how can a person evaluate the SP without even seeing her before? If you have seen her and want to contribute your opinion, I have no problems with that. Just because you think SP1's price is too high and SP2 provides better value doesn't mean others would agree, especially for those that have actually spent time with her. Besides, some people don't like SP's that provide BBBJ and consider that a risk factor.

Great topic, VV!

I have a couple...

Posters who quote r-e-a-l-l-y long articles. Ever hear of a link?

Posters who have never heard of paragraph breaks. After three or four sentences, or changing a train of thought, it's time for a break.

Fortunately, some of us in here were awake during elementary writing classes...

Yes it may appear snobbish or elitist to some, but effective communication is a basic skill, damnit. Learn it!

If you want us to read it, write it right!

Laziness, what's wrong with typing out 'waste of time'? Was that 2 seconds saved so precious?

Please save everyone the time of trying to figure out the meaning of some dopey acronyms.

It's obvious that you are very new here. "WOT" is a well known 'trademarked' acronyms by the infamous Hitrack. :D

1. Animated gif files. I've been guilty of posting these in the distant past, but I haven't done it since. Reason: it causes slow loading of pages, sometimes it halts them completely. At least they shouldn't be allowed in signatures.

2. I hate this: "Please PM me the contact info", followed by 100 "me too" posts. If you want the contact info, PM the guy who posted the review... don't bother replying to the page. It adds nothing to the discussion.

3. "Writers" who post reviews in the Lounge. Aside from being in the wrong place, these are people typically who have grandiose thoughts about their writing skills. There was a recent review with the line, believe it or not, "In the year 2006 of our Lord". This was posted in the Lounge. It seems that such "writers" really want you to pay special attention to their special flair with words.
