It's a definition based on generalities not something literal or specific. I see you googled it and at the top a few mentions of inhaling dried female excretions that were baked on her thong. Aphrodisiac properties achieved from inhaling it are claimed. Not to far fetched because some ethnic groups inhale all sorts of things as a sexual stimulant ie ground up Rhino Horn.

Broadly based, one could include female genitals, female moisture, sex in general, the act of sex etc.

That's interesting, I didn't know it wasn't widely used across Canada.

Poontang was the operative word for me growing up.
