I'm not sure I understand what you mean by "interview":noidea:
There are a few ladies I have noticed who have a "meet and greet" rate, but I don't see how that will tell you whether or not the session will be great!
I would just book a date and if it was fun ,then book another LOL.

I agree with poonerboi. I like variety and don't go looking for a "regular" but ended up with a few regulars who stand out from the crowd. Even though I truly enjoy my regulars, I still like new experiences , and some become another regular. You can't be monogamous in this hobby, lord knows she isn't.
I find after a number of visits a women will get comfortable with you and the relationship changes for the better
Even visiting a massage parlour and asking for the same girl, gets extra services.
I usually have one regular and mix it up with variety one or two throughout the month.
Bottom line treating a women with respect and visiting her often shows she’s a priority

I realize your post is in reference to parlour ladies, but I'm using it to throw in a comment here, and you shouldn't make a blanket statement about an entire group anyways... there is something in the vanilla massage realm overall I've noticed that some clients do expect restrictions to be lowered once becoming a regular.
I suppose if you can get them on the phone you might get an idea of what the date might entail. Problem is most are email only and those who text won't discuss details of their service because of C-36.
Getting together for a meet and greet was how a few SP on Craigslist used to operate. I recall meeting an SP at a coffee shop on Oak St and that is how she decided if she wanted to see you as a client. Worked for me with nothing to lose.
These days paid social time is mostly the same as their service rate. I'm doubtful SP would get ready for a date at a coffee shop only to have the client walk. Once the client is in the suite chances are they will stay for the date and not walk.
My method has always been lots of research and getting a vibe about them how they post here and Twitter.
You guys should choose your words more carefully. Less than bright men read this board and then end up with high expectations...some of who don’t understand consent and end up with someone like me putting my knee in their nuts for repeatedly trying to push boundaries in the session. Some ladies will lower their restrictions but not all. I have to make this crystal clear. For the safety of PERB readers testicles.

Many humans behave like herd animals. What pooners post on here does have an effect on how some male readers act around SPs.
And this board affects women too. New to the industry ladies shouldn’t be reading this board and getting the impression they need to lower their restrictions to keep clients.
This works if measurements of IQ fall into a Gaussian distribution. Has that been shown to be the case?
Isn't IQ a rather contrived measure of intelligence anyway? A hunter-gatherer from the Amazon jungle would probably score rather low on an IQ test. Meanwhile, a "bright" denizen of Vancouver would probably be a miserable failure and starve to death if suddenly forced to become a hunter-gatherer.
I actually don’t care much for formal IQ tests or statistics. I was just being a pest the other night. PMS and reading posts insinuating ladies should lower restrictions to keep regulars brought the snark out of me.
Plus many recent hours reading a dreadful statistics textbook for school and a couple glasses of wine. But even my sober self stands by my comment “monkey read, monkey do”

Sometimes reading ones post and taking it literally word for word can be taken in the wrong context. Remember, we're dealing with some "herd animals" who don't talk so good. I for one NEVER expect a lady to lower her restrictions and ALWAYS respect her boundaries. What I have experienced with the regular ladies I see is not her lowering her restrictions, but her lowering her inhibitions. Letting her guard down, as well as myself. It can be more intimate not only for me, but her as well. And not always in a sexual way, but sometimes it is.
I will say for Miss Hunters concerns. All you herd animals out there, please treat the ladies with respect.
Gad, I haven’t been on PERB for a long time, sitting her in Toronto bored so thought I might just catch up before heading home tomorrow. How much things have changed. I can’t believe the tone of this thread. It was a simple question asking about getting a new SP. I’ve been playing this game over 50 years, have realized the benefits of fidelity to one or a very few SP’s at a time, and would always recommend it. But beware, the long term ones can be just as troublesome as the short term ones, and the divorce time comes. Longest I’ve stuck with one is 7 years roughly. Now that is the only number in my age, and I’d say it was a lucky finding. Take care.
