One thing I like about Pheonix is their long opening hours, I’ve popped in as early as 8:30am and as late as midnight-ish.
Here’s what I’ve found:
Early morning - only old Asians
Mid-day / afternoon - probably the biggest roll of the dice with the possibility of some younger girls available or nothing at all
Evening - busy, lots of action, can be many girls working but also lots of guys coming and going so selection can be plentiful or very slim
Late-night - I’ve had my best sessions late night here, picked some young cuties before but also been there late with only old Asians working, place is always busy late it seems since they’re the only game in town with these hours
Keep in mind that’s a small sample of visits during off-peak hours, so just my observations.
