Saw Penny, not bad looking but had an mediocre experience. She is very sensitive as she claims. So very limited touching on all fronts. She had a good touch, but that was about it. She is a very giggly aloof kind of gal.
Had a NR, she laid on the table and started giggling when I touched her, after that she locked the legs and kind of faked a O with the modest amount of touching allowed.
After that she gave a not bad release, but I wouldn't recommend anything that involves more than her hands. To top it off, she is more pricey NR + Room Fee over a brown and a red. Or maybe I've been out of it too long to know.
