Nothing, unfortunately. It is a very unclear category which each provider treats along the lines of "more than a girlfriend is supposed to do but still within the comfort zone of this SP".

There is not a single acronym/specifics I can think of that you can rely on just from this "PSE" tag.

There's some providers that have a specific layout of their services. Sometimes the PSE can be BBBJ or doggie style and cowgirl, instead of just missionary.
The thought of PSE being a Porn style experince, a high percentage of that advertise this are really lame and would be the furthest thing from a PSE.
Once in while when inquiring about a session, I'll ask if they have nice feet. When they reply that fetish is extra...I'm just like naaah. I know what this is going to be like.
