Opinion of site please

I keep seeing the following site when I'm doing my browsing on CL.

It keeps saying "No Credit Card Necessary"...just wondering if it's a scam site....no CC necessary to register, but as soon as you want to communicate with someone, you have to pay $$.

Anybody ever try it....what were you results?
