I think main reason they allow it is because they allow providers to advertise Online services. Some legit local providers do have OnlyFans accounts. However most of the OnlyFans types seem to be promoting Online services. When I look at ads and see Online in addition to Incall and/or Outcall I automatically assume they are unlikely to be local to my area. Basically I ignore anybody whose ad shows the combination of Onlyfans and Online. I wish there was a way to filter LL to exclude Online.
