Thought I would post this here because so many threads are asking for verification on ads.
As you read through the ads, occasionally you'll notice similar wording. Just copy a few of the words and paste it in the search bar. Here is one result for "hot reliever".

Save a picture. Then click on google image search. Then upload your pic . Bingo. Up come the matches or source if it is posted elsewhere.

I've also noticed that many fakes their weight is listed as 45lbs, 54lbs very light weight. I first thought they meant Kilo's but after checking harder they turned out to be scams. Google lens doesn't seem to get as many hits anymore.
