I appreciate and admire his comments to his wife, and it is nice to see her in such a happy mood,------but I don't think the dude captured his wife rapping while he drove.

It looks to me that the lady is rapping while they are stationary at some fast food joint.... That "Open 24 hrs." sign never moved during the whole rap.

The car was moving at first and then stopped opposite that sign. They're probably sitting at a red light at that point.
