I have Microsoft Office 2007 mounted on virtual drive and wanted to know if anyone has the experise to help me install it on a usb key? I have it already installed on desktop, but not many people have it yet and would be easy to show my Office docs if i could boot Office 07 from my usb key.

Oh ok, well, I would imagine that it would be a standard installation. The copy I have is a beta.

I just use Open Office because it's free http://www.openoffice.org/
you could use a program like Daemon Tools http://www.daemon-tools.cc to mount the USB as a drive to install off it but you can't just pop a USB drive into somebody else's box and have it suddenly work. they have to install it into the registry/blah blah
just save whatever you want into an older format or use open office

Best I can say is carry around the image file so all yo have to do is copy it to any computer and install it. Thats if who's ever comp your installing it on doesn't mind a pirated copy. Office is gonna need to many .dll's and other shit that will probably only be found in Windows to run straight off a USB key.
Thats not to say there isn't some dumbed-down hacked version the some P2P site made to run on a USB key.
