$200 bbbj is what you can expect there. Some good ones and ho hum ones have rotated through there over recent years. There is a new one there now, maybe somebody will report back on Gigi if were lucky

Downtown on Lansdowne, across the street from Save on Foods. The front door is kind of hidden, tucked in a narrow passageway between Frankly Coffee and the Legion. Blink and you'll miss it. I went a few times when I was new to the hobby; ladies were ok (all in their 30's). They can't do FS so it's not really for me anymore. (I did get to eat one out; that was a highlight) Bring cash and they won't charge you tax.
